This map that we use, is called the Customer Value Journey (or CVJ). It forms the basis of our thinking and processes. The CVJ is an 8-step path that EVERY customer travels as they discover your brand, build a relationship, become a buyer, and then a raving fan.

Kaleb believes that small businesses can be a force for good and change the world. In the past four years, Kaleb has worn many hats starting three different businesses: with one failed, one sold, and one ongoing. He has become a specialist in both the creation and execution of digital strategy and is especially good at creating delightful customer experiences that culminate in reviews, referrals and repeat business.

Kaleb is a soon-to-be-husband, father of two, an active CrossFitter and classic motorbike enthusiast, with a goal of reaching 1 million impacts with B1G1 by December 1, 2025.

He also holds a Diploma in Business, specialising in Entrepreneurship, and is currently studying his MBA with Griffith University, with estimated completion in 2022.
